Guests will have the ability to park behind the house next to the garage or in front along the street. The parking in the back is first come first serve. The basement apartment is not located through the front door. To enter the basement apartment from the front of the house, walk to the right side along the sidewalk. The basement door is just past the small gray porch that goes up to the 2nd floor apartment. There are two steps that go down to the basement door. Enter your access code into the smart lock then wait for the blue checkmark to light up then open the door.
